My experience at this particular VIP location was absolutely incredible. An amazing gentleman greeted me named Bassil I explained the trouble I was having and that I was traveling back from Massachusetts to Maine he was incredibly thoughtful and courteous as well as empathetic o my problem. He got me in the cue and the technician was not only skilled and knowledgeable but hilarious. The way o was treated was absolutely perfect and I wish I could say more. Thank you to Bassil and the tech who did the work. Im on the way home feeling safe and secure in knowing the work was done properly. Thank you both again.

The most helpful guys. They didn’t have our tire in stock on a Sunday and we had to get home. Bassil called around to I don’t even know how many different tire shops to help us out. Just amazing service. If we ever actually need service in this area this will be our stop.

Great overall experience today from the customer service to the work being performed. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable and don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. The crew working on the car were equally as proficient and took care of the car while in their possession. Best part is they do all this on a Sunday, which is a huge plus and convenience in my book. I've gone to VIP for years and will continue to do so, as they have never disappointed.

The staff at the Brookline VIP is awesome. Easy to schedule online, quick to get my car back and looked at. Leroy was my mechanic and while he couldn't directly service my issue at VIP, he immediately explained the problem in depth, and recommended a shop down the street that could help. I'll definitely be back for routine maintenance!

VIP has serviced my vehicle multiple times now. They communicate well and have you approve or decline each quote before continuing service, so there is no confusion at the end when you get your bill. They are friendly, courteous and professional. Fairly priced. As soon as I was having car troubles, they were the first place I thought of.
